Our brother, Philip Hayes was murdered on November 6, 2021, in a senseless violent act and a case that has yet to be solved in Baltimore, MD. Phil Phest is a celebration of his life and the things that he loved, Cannabis, The Arts and His Daughters. We will use this festival to educate people on the benefits of cannabis, allow those within the industry to display their products and services to our attendees and end our day with local and national music artists, comedians and anything else “arts’ related. Partial Proceeds from the festival will benefit an endowment fund for both of his young daughters.

To promote, educate and lobby for cannabis both regionally and nationally, while creating more awareness through our conventions and events.
